He retraces the eight-day purification line, where the Holy Spirit led an old man past the priests and the proud to a little despised girl holding a turtledove and the Christ child. He draws the parallel to Mary's faith, who believed God's Word before she had any evidence, and the moment the Name of Jesus was spoken and John leaped in Elisabeth's womb. He calls the church to preach the Word and sow the seed while there is time, and closes by moving through the prayer line, discerning tumors, stomach conditions, deafness, and calling sinners to Christ.
